Shipping & Delivery
My order hasn't arrived yet, and it's past the estimated delivery date. What should I do?
Track your order using the tracking system to see the latest status of your parcel.
If the parcel has arrived in your country, contact your local postal office for further information.
Please note that only business days count towards the delivery timeframe. The production time for your order is separate from the shipping period, which can extend the overall delivery time.
Example:
- You placed an order on April 1st, Friday.
- Processing your order will take 1-3 business days.
- The estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days.
- If the shipment is lost, the shipping provider has up to 10 additional business days to locate the parcel.
- Your maximum estimated delivery time is April 29th, Friday.
If this maximum time has passed and the status is still unclear, please contact us.
